This is a copy of Captain America Annual #12 released by The Marvel Comics Group in Nov., 1992. It is sealed with a trading card inside. It is in at least a Near Mint. The pictures are of the actual copy being auctioned. I am the original owner and have kept it in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
